Summer Picks from Sheinside

Hello, everyone !~

I’m sure many of you already know this online clothing site called, “Sheinside”. However, if you don’t already know, they are an online clothing store. They carry various style of clothing from casual to semi-formal.

The picture above is my personal summer picks from them. The first outfit is inspired by the japanese school girl look. The second outfit is inspired by any typical romper. The third is a perfect casual outfit for summer. Notice that I chose bright colors and short bottoms because you won’t get as hot as you would with dark clothing. I think these outfits are perfect for going out and even school (depending on your school’s dress code, of course).

you can resist over-eating by

setting portions. for example, instead of eating from a big bag of chips, you can pour some of those chips into a small bowl and eat it from there. the trick is that, after you finish that bowl, your body should think that you are completely satisfied. if you kept eating from the big bag of chips, you’ll just keep eating and eating until that big bag is empty, which is not good.
chewing your food slowly. the trick is that if you chew slowly, you get full faster. plus, you can savor and indulge the food haha
drinking lots of water while eating because water will help fill you up quicker ^^

try to be friends with smart kids (genuinely ok don’t fake it)
try to not sleep pay attention in class and take good notes
don’t skip school unless you really have to
if you skip school, always stay after class to catch up if necessary
study the night before AND review 5 mins before the test starts to freshen up your mind
try to group yourself with people who actually do work for group projects AND you have to contribute too
